Shipping and Delivery Policy

Product Packaging

We take every possible measure to ensure that your products are packaged securely before dispatch. Each item is packed with protective materials to:

Prevent damage during transit.
Preserve product integrity and quality.
Ensure that all parcels reach customers in perfect condition.

Fragile items and high-value medical devices are given additional protective layers and handling instructions to guarantee safety.

Delivery Timeframes

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Delivery time for COD orders ranges from 1 to 10 working days after order confirmation, depending on the destination and product type.
In certain cases, customers may be asked to pay delivery charges in advance.
Depending on product category or order value, an advance payment of 25% to 100% may be required prior to confirmation and shipment.
COD may not be available for high-value or specialized products.

Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are given priority processing.
Once payment is confirmed, orders are dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.
Customers receive notification by SMS and/or email once the order is dispatched.

Doorstep Delivery

Healthway is committed to providing reliable, fast, and convenient delivery nationwide.

Dhaka City Delivery – Same-day delivery is available for selected small parcels. Standard parcels are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
Other Major Cities – Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days.
Remote and Rural Areas – Delivery may take 3 to 10 working days, depending on courier service availability.

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as traffic, weather, political events, natural disasters, or courier delays. Customers will be notified of any unusual delays.

To ensure nationwide coverage and timely delivery, Healthway works with Bangladesh’s most trusted logistics and courier companies, including:

Orders are assigned to courier partners based on delivery location, product type, and service availability.

Point Delivery Option

In addition to home delivery, Healthway also provides a Point Delivery Facility. Customers can collect their packages from designated courier service points at their convenience. This service is especially useful for customers in rural or remote areas where direct doorstep delivery is limited.

Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details including full address and active contact number.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal of payment for COD orders, the package may be returned to Healthway. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Customers are encouraged to check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package shows visible damage or tampering, customers should refuse acceptance and immediately contact Healthway Customer Support.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on weight, size, destination, and courier availability.
Promotional or campaign products are offered in limited quantities and remain valid only until stock lasts.
Healthway reserves the right to cancel or delay orders if unforeseen circumstances occur, including courier unavailability or compliance requirements.
