• Healthway does not own, control, or guarantee any transaction between buyer and seller.
  

4. Site Availability

We strive to ensure continuous, error-free access to the Site but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues without prior notice.

5. License and Restrictions

By using the Site, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal shopping purposes. Commercial use or misuse of the Site is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

9. Orders, Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable.
  
• Prices may change without notice. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.
  
• Healthway reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  
• Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery, mobile banking, debit/credit cards, or approved payment partners (e.g., SSLCOMMERZ).
  

10. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

• Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy and applicable e-commerce guidelines.
  
• Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch without penalty.
  
• If canceled after payment, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.

• Promotional and reward coupons are subject to specific terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
